Biography

Samson is a shareholder and Chairman of Mega North Holdings; shareholder and Chairman of Atlantic Tradeport Holdings; Director of Participant LNG (South Africa) and Executive Director of Climate Dynamics in Namibia with diversified portfolio in climate change mitigation and adaptation, community based natural resource management, climate resilient and smart agriculture, green schemes, climate resilient infrastructure such as renewable energy and other energy sources as well as exclusive prospecting licences in marine mining and oil and gas exploration onshore Namibia. He holds two postgraduate degrees in law and in regulation from the University of London (IALS) and the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.
