Biography

Saad is an investment principal at TLG Capital and heads private investments and portfolio operations across the firm’s African interests. He has been instrumental in originating, structuring and closing healthcare, pharma, O&G and FMCG related transactions. He has significant experience with the micro finance company within TLG’s portfolio and is looking to expand the operations globally. He joined TLG Capital in 2014 with responsibilities around deal origination, structuring, execution and value creation. Saad represents TLG on boards of various portfolio companies to steer strategy and expansion opportunities. Prior to TLG Capital, Saad was a director at Accenture, consulting across technology and business strategy. He brings long standing experience from Accenture, Nokia and Alcatel, working across 4 continents; Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa; in 20+ countries managing strategic directives for corporations such as Barclays, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Hutchison, Telefonica, Telenor and Orascom
