Biography

Paul is the Managing Director of Forest Capital Limited, a Private Equity Fund Management and Investment Advisory Company providing private equity, private credit, and quasi-equity instruments for projects, infra-development, and expansions.

He was a Senior Investment Professional with Africinvest, a Pan African Private Equity Firm with assets under management in excess of $1.5 Billion. He has a wealth of over 20 years of experience spanning treasury, principal investment, corporate banking, corporate finance, private credit and private equity.

He worked in two leading financial institutions – Zenith Bank and Access Bank Plc where he headed a region of the commercial banking group.

Prior to Forest Capital, Paul was Managing Director of Platform Capital where he oversaw the firm’s Investments & Advisory across 6 countries – Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, South Africa, the US, and Mexico.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, MBA in Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) UK, and an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School – Advanced Management Programme (AMP).
