Biography

Niclas Thelander has a long career in consulting, financial services and private equity. He started out his career with the leading Nordic bank SEB, before spending five years in KPMG’s strategy team in London and Frankfurt. He has held senior roles such as Head of Strategy for global credit insurer Atradius and most recently co-led the value creation group at LeapFrog Investments. In 2015 he founded Outsized, a curated platform matching growth markets investors and financial services clients with consultancies, agencies and freelancers for projects and strategic initiatives. Outsized has offices in South Africa, UK and India.
