Biography

Abayomi Michael Osho is the founder and pioneer Chief Executive Officer of Verite Microfinance Bank, a fast-growing and well differentiated Microfinance Bank in Nigeria popular for its unique branchless Operational Strategy.

He holds a Master of Science Degree(MSc.) in Strategic Planning from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University Scotland United Kingdom. This was after he bagged a Bachelor of Science(B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State Nigeria.

He is a seasoned auditor and a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals of Nigeria(AERMP).
A certified Microfinance Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN).
He is a certified member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria(FRC).
An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria(ICEN).
He is a Christian and happily married with two children.
