Biography

Kazuhiro Numasawa, CFA is a Chief Investment Officer at the Agriculture Finance Department of the African Development Bank. Across 20 countries in Africa, he has identified and analyzed more than 50 investment projects over the past 10 years with a total of USD 2 billion investments in Africa to scale up investments across sectors. Before joining the AfDB, he worked for the World Bank in Washington DC, USA, UNDP in India, and Accenture Co. Ltd. He is a CFA charter holder and holds a Masters Degree in Development Economics and International Development from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, USA.
