Biography

Joel is in charge of service development across the MyZambia MyAfrica Group. He is also the former Operations and Finance Director of the Zambian Business Club (UK) charged with growing the membership. Among his many achievements Joel is credited with being the co-founder of The African and Caribbean Chamber of Commerce UK, which has extensive business links across the UK, Africa and the Caribbean. Joel is a leading management consultant with 30 years’ experience in delivering dynamic interventions in leadership, corporate social responsibility and inclusive management. He is a trained mediator having gained his qualification in the prestigious Regent’s University, skills which he puts to good use in resolving organisational disputes. In the past 3 years, Joel has been carving out a media career as a presenter for ‘AIL Perspectives’ on Africans In London Online Television. He was born on the Eastern Caribbean island of Nevis. Joel is currently based in London.
