Biography

I am a well-articulated, self-motivated and confident Doctor of philosophy who have extensive knowledge of
academic and comparative research, and have gathered experience in organizing and developing strategies to support
firms and organizations in achieving their set goals, students’ participation, and graduate education undergraduate
research. Effective development, liberal education, social engagement and collaboration with Special interest
groups/community partnership he partners with private establishments and government parastatal to create projects
that will provide comparative research and dialogue some of which are Super brainstorming reality debate, If I serve
Nigeria Project, face of unity Nigeria project, Citizens for good governance initiative, and The Role of Media and Academia in peace and nation building conference collaborative with Centre for Value in leadership. I have developed passion and spurred young entrepreneurs in the aspect of leadership development and learner autonomy and helped organizations /institution on ‘Human Capital Development and Employee Performance Improvement through education, training and skills development.

Having been charged with the responsibility for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long term marketing strategy. That includes management of public and consumer insights, to ensure that brand remains relevant to consumer and all initiatives support the brand promise, also to take a lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies and all aspect of their projects. I assume stewardship of the SOLE CREATIONS brand, brand vision, brand position and achieving over all business.

I acquired basic skills which has enabled me; Demonstrate and apply a range of leadership and management skills. Show understanding of organizational structure and their part to change. Also demonstrate the ability to evaluate and apply appropriately the underlying concepts and principles of leading and have developed the best guided principles, styles, skills, and practices. This includes:
Knowledge and understanding of how organizations and institutions work and how they should be managed.
Strategies for handling a variety of situations and interaction between different personalities in teams/ministries and
government parastatals. Skills knowledge and understanding of communication processes and their importance in effective leadership. Excellent values and networking opportunities. Writing in a variety of styles including hard news, soft news and features, Researching and writing for a variety of audiences including young people, business people
and professionals.
