Biography

Francis has accumulated more than 15 years experience in the finance and real estate sector. A passionate real estate entrepreneur, he spearheaded and founded Ioka Group (Property, Retail & Hospitality) where he serves as CEO, Ioka Hospitality (hotel management), West Coast Property (Benin’s premier high-end real estate agency) and Fourtrust (a financial services company). Francis is a qualified chartered accountant.
