Biography

Erica Nell is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Risk and Portfolio Management. She has been in financial markets for 19 years of which the last 13 was spent in credit and since 2012 she has established and still manages Private Debt Funds in South Africa and Namibia. She currently heads up the Private Debt team of Sanlam Investments’ Alternative Business. She is passionate about private debt and the impact it has on small businesses.
