Biography

Houenou Eric Armand is associate director of SIGMA-H, a company specializing in sector studies, financial advice and fundraising. He has over 15 years of professional experience in audit, management control, project management, fundraising for public and private companies. Previously, Houenou Eric was Manager at ALGEST CONSULTING specialized in fundraising and he structured financing up to 300 million US dollars in Côte d’Ivoire. He was involved in the financing of the construction of 2,000 km of optical fiber for the broadband network in Côte d’Ivoire, the financing of the universal postal service and the acquisition of the two first aircrafts of the national airline company of Côte d’Ivoire. He holds an MBA in international management from LAVAL UNIVERSITY in Quebec, whose theme of his end-of-study report was identifying the development factors of SMEs in Africa, the case of Côte d’Ivoire. He also raises funds for SMEs and start-ups.
