MUGUME Elia, is the bachelors degree holder in economics, a dynamic leader from his early childhood, where he championed the creation of university entrepreneurship clubs in Rwanda,

He is CEO and Founder of TASS Ltd, a tour and travel agency rich established in Kigali the capital city of Rwanda, reach in medical tourism and healthcare access facilitation, international study consultant, Leisure travel packages and airlines travel agency.

He is also an insurance consultant working with UAP insurance Rwanda. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, promoting youth whose passion is to be great entrepreneurs.
