Biography

Dr Sebastian Rodriguez is the CEO and co-founder of KopaGas Inc, an advanced technology provider for energy utilities. KopaGas has developed and deployed the first commercial pay-as-you go platform for LPG in Tanzania. Prior to KopaGas, Dr Rodriguez worked for the World Bank’s Sustainable Energy Practice and at The Earth Institute of Columbia University, deploying innovative energy solutions in over 10 Sub-Saharan countries. Sebastian received his PhD in Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester in the UK.
