Biography

After 19 years with Barclays PLC, a significant proportion of which was in the African business including time in Kenya, Botswana, Zambia and South Africa, as well as managing the Pan-African Wealth Business from London, David joined Barclays Bank of Kenya as Retail and Business Banking Director at the start of 2019.

Passionate about growing and transforming businesses and building sustainable results through developing local talent, David is already seeing some positive changes in Barclays Bank of Kenya as they embrace the opportunity of rebranding as Absa and seek to regain market share.
