British born : London based senior investment banker | Debt product sales : specialization – chinese Debt capital Markets | corporate finance | M&A | strategy |origination and structuring covering both the oil and financial services industries.Mr Clement Aghayere has been exclusively mandated by The Bank of China group for corporate origination for the entire continent of Africa | and has recently Joint – venture partnered with the Bank of Industry Nigeria subsidiary – BOITC.- in his position as Senior Vice – President for Africa at Brigg Capital London in Sept 2017 – Clement solely originated and placed an $80m bi – lateral loan for and on behalf of The African export import bank Cairo, The No1 preferred credit status in Africa with his principals The Bank of China Johanesburg and Bank of China Seoul – Brigg capital first deal and only successfully concluded transaction in Africa -Clement has directed corporate origination efforts while responsible for acquiring $6.7 Billion worth of mandates | transactions in mainly Nigeria since he joined the firm from his private equity firm CapJ which was acquired 3 years ago by Brigg Macadam.
