Biography

Andrei is a Corporate Finance Partner at PwC based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is responsible for all corporate finance executions in Nigeria and the West and Central African market.

Andrei has close to 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience in developed and emerging markets, advising on M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions. Prior to Nigeria, he was based in Tanzania and Saudi Arabia.

His transaction experience includes:
Financial advisory services on the bond issuance by a power distribution company in Nigeria.
Restructuring of bonds by a leading aluminium manufacturing company in Nigeria.
Financial advisory and due diligence on bond issuance for a real estate company in Nigeria.
Debt capital advisory services to a building materials distributor in the CEMAC region* towards raising acquisition financing.
Financial adviser to debt capital raise to fund the acquisition of a metals manufacturers in Cameroon.
Financial adviser to debt capital raise to fund the expansion of a tertiary institution in Cote d’Ivoire.

He holds an undergraduate degree and a post graduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He speaks 7 languages including English and French.
