Fadzayi Musanhu

Fadzayi has over 10 years’ experience working for EY in their European Financial Services Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she has held various roles including M&A lead advisory, research & analysis, thought leadership and deal origination. Originally from Zimbabwe, Fadzayi spent the first 3 years of her career in Harare, working on a number of corporate finance engagements in the Southern Africa region.

In her current role, Fadzayi leads M&A deal origination initiatives to support African-inbound FS investments on behalf of European-based buyers.  She is responsible for researching and identifying industry trends and drivers in the African FS sector, and gathering appropriate intelligence, with a view to identifying potential M&A opportunities. Fadzayi has also researched and written publications, specifically focusing on M&A activity in the global Financial Services sector.

Fadzayi is based in London, and holds a Masters degree in Finance from CASS Business School, and an ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification.
